Ghada Vanderpool is Canadian by birth and a recent Kiwi citizen enjoying life by the Beach in Christchurch, New Zealand. I graduated from McGill University with a Bachelors of Education with specialization in Physical Education and English. After graduation I found love in Auckland while on my big OE. I returned to Canada with my Kiwi lad only to end up back in New Zealand 2 years later.

I am the Director of New Zealand Communications company Zodal, the company behind some of New Zealand’s top ecommerce websites, online applications and iPhone aplications.  I am also a director of Game Development and Publishing Company Trickysheep. Girlstoys combines my passion for online marketing, social networks, healthy living, gadgets, a love of writing and my constant learning at enjoying a balanced life in motherhood. I have a vast experience in writing copy and product text for mainly the internet; therefore, I know how to make text stand out, appeal to and engage my audience. I have over 6 years experience in writing that I bring to by product reviews.

Most importantly I am the proud mother of 20 month old Preston that features semi-regularly on thi site and nearly 10 years later I still have my man. My love of the chic and the latest technology makes Girlstoys my home on the net.
